Job description / Role

You will be responsible for receives and review Electrical drawings and submittals for approval from tenant. You will be the direct contact point for all tenants electrical queries.
- Receive tenants Electrical drawings submittals for review, comments and approval.
- Receive tenants material submittals for review, comments & approval.
- Conduct regular tenant’s sites visit and inspect and ensure all going on as per the approved drawings & submittals and complying with company guidelines.
- Communicate and collaborate with tenants and their consultants in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate and consistent files and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years experience in tenant coordination of retail/restaurants or F&B commercial projects.
- Auto Cad
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent client service with a sense of urgency, quickly responding to the Client
- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
