Job description / Role
• Ensuring the execution of the works as per the contract and the work schedule plan.
• Attending progress and coordination meetings with clients, main contractors, and subcontractors.
• Following up on the site work progress and coordinating with project engineer & site engineers, to ensure the completion of the electrical works as per the work plan in compliance with the project specifications, Qatar Construction Standard, Kahramaa Regulations, and required international standards.
• Validating the electrical design issued for construction.
• Raising RFIs and letters for clarifications of incomplete information or for other site work issues.
• Preparing claims and submitting the relevant variation orders as per site modifications.
• Preparing the monthly payment sheet as per actual progress.
• Providing technical support for Testing and Commissioning of electrical systems.
• Producing revised IFC based on Value engineering
• Preferable with kahramaa Grade A or B.
Salary:
QAR
15,000 to 20,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
• Living in Qatar with NOC
• Preferable with kahramaa Grade A or B.
• BSc degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Experience in project management.
• Experience with CAD software and MS Office.
• A sound understanding of health and safety regulations.
• A valid driver's license.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent time management and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work in a team and remain professional at all times.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
