Electrical Technician

Job description / Role

Responsibilities

• Execute routine, breakdown, and overhaul maintenance of the conveyor system.
• Diagnose, repair, and replace faulty components in the systems, including controllers, sensors, drive motors, and other critical electrical / electronic equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance on all types of equipment independently with minimal supervision.
• Prepare and maintain accurate service reports and documentation.
• Read, understand, and troubleshoot using electrical schematic diagrams.
• Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, safety standards, and organizational guidelines.
• Requires working in shifts.

Qualification

• At least three years of diploma or ITI in the electrical engineering discipline.
• Experience of minimum of one year preferably in the automation system.
• Basic understanding of PLC.
