Electrician Installer

Job description / Role

- Report all daily activities as part of a shift handover report and to complete daily PMs and tasks as assigned by the maintenance supervisor.
- Set up and changeover of production plant and equipment to meet planning and scheduling requirements.
- Ensure strict compliance of Operating Procedures during the diagnosis, repair and maintenance of mechanical, electrical systems.
- Ensure minimum equipment downtime through preventative and corrective maintenance.
- Responsible for carrying out daily audit and report items for repair to the maintenance supervisor.
- Responsible for completing all daily, weekly, quarterly and annual PMs in line with the department schedule.
- Actively promote a continuous improvement environment in the facility.

Requirements

- Must have own basic hand tools for the job.
- Minimum of 3-5 year’s experience in a similar position within industry.
- Trades/Diploma qualifications as Electrician
- Multi-skilled with an Electrical background.
- Strong Commitment to quality and compliance
- Facilities maintenance experience.
