Elite Relationship Manager (Arabic Speaker)

Charterhouse is working with a leading financial institution in Doha, who are growing their international footprint. Our client is aiming to hire a Relationship Manager who would focus on the Elite client segment for the bank.

The Elite Relationship Manager will be responsible for dealing with an affluent client base, and providing them with a high-level of service when it comes to their finances and investments. There is already a portfolio of clients which the incoming RM would inherit, however, the RM would also be tasked with developing a business plan to acquire new client relationships for the bank.

This role will be the main point of contact for the RM’s clients, and will be expected to provide support and guidance through investment advisory and reviews on their existing financial plans. The Elite RM should possess the ability to retain client relationships, as well as growing the AUM through referrals and other business development methods.

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in relationship management from a similar bank or wealth management firm. The successful candidate should have the ability to build relationships, sell and cross-sell in order to fully service each client. Additional financial qualifications would be beneficial, as would access to an existing network of affluent clients.
