ELV Facilities Engineer (Client Side) - Qatar

Linum Consult’s client is currently seeking a Facilities Engineer specialised in ELV works to join a major development project ensuring a smooth transition between construction and operational phases.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinating the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems
- Reviewing as-built drawings
- Reviewing and producing operation and maintenance documentation
- Dealing with different Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and KPIs, as well as the Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system
- Interface and manage different electrical and infrastructure contractors and their construction schedules
- Generate and review method statements for installation and commissioning of various infrastructure systems

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- At least 7 years’ experience in Facility Management and operations for ELV works on major real estate/ urban development projects
- A strong background working for large international consultancy firms
- Additional experience working in infrastructure/ city or municipality management offices
- Knowledge of city infrastructure management would be advantageous
- Good command of spoken and written English
