Engineering - Electronics & Telecom
Engineering Services
-Coordinate all internal and external correspondence for the Engineering Department.
-Manage incoming emails, documents, and administrative tasks efficiently.
-Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date records of engineering reports, supplier agreements, and contracts in accordance with company standards.
-Assist the engineering team with documentation, scheduling, and coordination tasks.
-Ensure proper filing, tracking, and retrieval of engineering documents.
-Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments when required.
-Support the Engineering Manager in day-to-day administrative operations.
Requirements:
-BE / Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
-Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant engineering administrative or coordination role.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
-Good typing speed and proficiency in MS Office applications.
-Experience in AutoCAD for preparing and managing engineering drawings.
-Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
