Job description / Role
We are looking for an Estimation Engineer who has Experience in Analytical Reviews, Budget Management, Preparing the Tender Cost Estimation, such as man-hour estimates, materials, construction equipment, etc considering the location and duration of the project.
Requirements
• University Qualifications: Bachelor of Civil Engineering
• Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum 5 years experience in Construction Field
• Specialist knowledge: Well-versed experience in Tender Documents(Contracts, Drawing etc)
• Experience in Preparing Takeoff and BOQ.
• Knowledge of Market Prices and Suppliers of Civil/MEP Materials.
• Experience in Production Rate.
• Experience in Preparation of Tender Deliverables.
• Experience in Techno-Commercial submittal.
• Familiar with Estimation Softwares.
• General Knowledge and Exposure to Electrical, Power(calculations sizing, power generators etc…)
• General knowledge and exposure to Mechanical (HVAC sizing and technologies).
• General knowledge and exposure to ELV (Access Control, CCTV cameras and prices).
