Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handling all secretarial work for the executive office
- Act as the point of contact among executives and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings
- Coordination with all HODs for various meetings
- Coordination with HODs for the monthly report
- Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports
- Take minutes during meetings
- Monitor all social media channels and reply to guests on behalf of the GM after taking necessary approvals on a case-by-case basis
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume hospitality environment
