Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an international organisation who is looking to hire a Executive Assistant/Administration Coordinator. Acting as a central point of contact for the office you will wear two hats in this challenging and busy role working as part of an international team.
You will be integral to the ongoing success of the Qatar office and Partners building strong relationships with clients, gate keeping and working in close coordination with all local partners, consultants and protecting this Partner from distractions. You will manage a complex diary across multiple time zones, plan and manage complex and busy travel arrangements and itineraries, monitor emails and respond accordingly, produce and proof-read correspondence documents and presentation packs, and work collaboratively with all EA's across the business. You will also be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and administrative services including events and conferences, supporting the HR team with the on-boarding of new joiners locally, managing compliance for licenses and renewals etc., adhering too and keeping abreast of Qatari laws, rules and regulations and generally overseeing the full range of administration activities for the Qatar office.
The successful confident should be a self-starter with a minimum of 5 years' experience working at a senior level in a fast paced corporate environment. You should be a good communicator with the desire to understand the business, be able to manage a wide range of tasks at any given time and be highly organised, whilst being able to ensure the smooth running of the office. Loyalty and confidentiality plays an important part in this role as well and the ability to think outside the box and have the flexibility to move within this expanding role.
