Job description / Role
We are hiring an Executive Assistant with a strong finance background and advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. The role involves creating and managing professional business templates across multiple companies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and manage templates in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Build financial models and business reports
• Standardize and organize documents for internal use
• Assist in business planning and presentation development
Requirements:
• Finance or accounting background
• Expert in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, etc.)
• Skilled in PowerPoint and Word
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Must be currently residing in Qatar
Preferred:
• Previous experience in a finance, admin, or business support role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
