Executive Housekeeper

You will be responsible for all duties of the housekeeping operation and cleanliness levels in all areas of the property. As an Executive Housekeeper, you will promote an atmosphere that ensures customer and associate satisfaction. This position requires strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and effectively dealing with department heads, guests, and our Heartists.

What you will be doing:
- Be an expert and demonstrate knowledge of all services/features, hours of operations, room types, daily house count and expected arrivals/departures, room availability status, scheduled in-house group activities to anticipate and respond to guest inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Consistently perform inspections and maintain safety and cleanliness of guest rooms, public space, and heart-of-house areas
- Approach internal and external guest opportunities with a sense of heartfelt care and urgency; provide prompt follow-up to ensure 100% guest satisfaction

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:
- A minimum of two years of hotel housekeeping experience and one year of supervisory/management experience is required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer/client focus are essential.
- Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
