Executive Search Manager - Qatar Airways - Doha

In the role of Executive Recruitment and Sourcing Manager, you will be accountable for the provision of an Executive Recruitment service, including advice, decision making support, market intelligence and insight. On a day to day basis, you will support the business in the acquisition of hard to find skills and in building pipelines of key talent.

In this role, your accountabilites will include the following:
* Oversee the build of a global Executive Recruitment and Sourcing Team capability that can rapidly build lists of potential candidates for executive searches, map the external market for critical and difficult to source roles, develop innovative recruitment marketing campaigns and build and maintain talent pools of prospective candidates for Qatar Airways Group’s on-going hiring requirements.
* Provide executive recruitment and sourcing services to identify suitable candidates for senior management roles within the Qatar Airways Group.
* Be accountable for the delivery of financial targets linked to the Executive Recruitment and Sourcing Team, with the ultimate objective of reducing the Qatar Airways Groups’ current exposure to Executive Search organisations.
* Provide “thought leadership”, coaching, mentoring and guidance to Leaders, Hiring Managers, Recruitment Team and HR Function on all areas of Executive Recruitment and Sourcing activity.
* Plan, monitor and evaluate all selection tools for executive recruitment positions with the team, Hiring Managers and HR.
* Coach the Executive Recruitment and Sourcing Team in search best practice and ensure its implementation throughout the Group.

Requirements

To be considered you must have a Bachelor's degree including a minimum of 8 years of job related experience, focused on Executive search for a global organisation.

In addition, you will have the following job skills:
* Demonstrate flexibility by managing or inputting into project work as required.
* Proven ability to engage at C/SVP/VP level.
* Executive search and research experience across functions and region.
* Project / Programme management qualified and/or practiced.
* Candidates will have mastered research skills and have an emerging insight into the shape and latest developments of the market.
* Deep knowledge of sourcing methodologies and tools.
* Will have ideally have experience of working as a senior researcher or associate consultant within a global executive search firm and/or a sourcing team within a major international corporation.
* Strong analytic skills, fluent in the development and use of metrics.
* Able to demonstrate positive stakeholder engagement across different functions.
* High levels of cultural awareness and agility to move seamlessly between various environments.
* Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
