Facade Engineer

Client is a leading western civil & structural engineering design consultancy that have a number of exciting projects here in Qatar. They are currently seeking a structural engineer for calculations, computations and coordination of facade designs for Metro stations projects on the prestigious Doha Metro.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a bachelors degree in structural engineering and possess at least 5 years’ experience in the structural design of facades. You must have experience with Mathcad, STAAD, STAAD PRO or ROBOT and SCHEUKO. The successful candidate will be expected to carry out on-site calculations and computations and liaise with designers and draughtsman. You must be able to coordinate designs, present drawings to the client and have experience with facade systems of high-rise buildings.
