Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Overall responsibilities for delivery of Cleaning, Housekeeping and General Maintenance services.
- Responsible for monitoring and reporting of service level agreements and key performance indicators internal and external, also tracking of risks/rewards mechanisms.
- Responsible for financial tracking and reporting to ensure all services are delivered within agreed budgets and service levels
- Responsible for providing a continuous improvement review and development of initiatives to improve or rationalize hard services to achieve optimum performance and full customer engagement.
- Management of large budgets and led operations teams in the delivery of outstanding Facilities Management
- Coordinating with the finance team and preparing documents to put out tenders for contractors;
- Calculating and comparing costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money;
- Ensuring the building meets health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation;
- Using performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement;

Requirements

- Engineer Degree in Mechanical or Electrical
- 5-10 years’ experience as Facility Manager in reputed companies in Middle East.
- Arabic Speaker
- Property & Facilities Management Consultancy
- Hard & Soft Services Management, Operations, Bid Management and Manpower Planning, Catering , Hygiene And Housekeeping & Cleaning Procedures And Policy
- Project management and supervising and coordinating work of contractors;
- Good Team Management Experience
- Knowledge of principles and practices of project management
- Knowledge of principles and practices of business administration
- Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Working knowledge of procurement and contracts
- Sound knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations
