Facilities Management Specialist

Job description / Role

Opportunity to join a developer building and managing areas on industrial and economic areas in Qatar.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective functioning of a facility to provide an efficient and safe working environment for employees and their activities. This will include developing and implementing a facility management program, supervision of maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment as well as planning and managing facility central services such as reception, security, cleaning, catering etc.

Requirements

• Applicants should meet the following criteria
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Facilities Engineering or related qualification such as project management, business management or construction management.
• A project management certificate is preferable
• A minimum of 10 years experience as a facility specialist in a large company
