Facilities Supervisor - Land Mark Mall - Marks & Spencer - Doha, Qatar

- Ensure that Facilities occupied at Retail stores are efficiently maintained in a cost-effective manner and provide excellent service support to the facilities
- Accountable for the operation, maintenance and repair of the total facility systems including MEP, Fire-fighting, Low Current, Structural, Housekeeping, Security, Pest Control, Landscaping, etc. to minimize repetitive maintenance calls
- Review Maintenance Orders and follow up with the staff/contractors for timely completion as per SLA’s
- Ensure predictive, preventive and reliability centered maintenance programs, including maintenance check sheets, maintenance logic decision trees, etc. are followed as per SLA's
- Monitor and evaluate performance of Facility service providers as per set KPI
- Conduct facility survey and coordinate annual inspections with business/vendors and include occupant safety practices
- Prepare accurate and timely Facility Audit Reports for Look & Feel and Detailed Audit Report
- Implement policies and procedures to include safety practices laid by the Management and ensure they are followed by the store staff/service providers
- Conduct Fire Drills for the assigned facilities on regular basis
- Prepare RFQs and AMC / Small Projects Tender documents and review the quotations prior submission to Management
- He would require to maintain good relationship with local Government officials (MOI and CID) to receive an update on local laws and shall be capable of making liaison for our stores
- Prepare RFQ's (Request for Quotations) and Tender documents and the review the quotations for submission to Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact in a wide range of situations

Requirements

To be successful in winning this role, you must be a Graduate Engineer in Electrical / Mechanical discipline, with 6 – 8 years' of experience in Facilities Management.

You must be well conversant in English and Arabic languages.
