Job description / Role
Guildhall is working with a client who is looking for a Facility Operations Manager. This role will be HQ based with oversight of multiple mixed-use projects.
This person will be responsible for managing all in-house facility management activities to maintain facilities to the best possible condition concerning health, safety, security and cleanliness, and to oversee the operational efficiency of contracted support services - security, cleaning staff & any other contracted staff.
The package on offer is up to QAR 35,000 plus a car, family flights tickets, family health insurance and schooling support. This is a great opportunity to join a well-respected organisation in a long term role that will offer growth opportunities.
Salary:
QAR
32,000 to 37,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
In order to be selected for this position, candidates must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent discipline
- 10+ years experience in maintenance/facility management
- Must have at least 3+ years experience as a facility manager
- Ideally experienced in Qatar
