Job description / Role
Capable to set up a wood door factory by taking the full responsibility of the production facility and recruiting the suitable staff to manage the factory day to day activities and the its production facility for the fire rated and non-fire rated wooden doors and frames.
Responsible for all matters inside ( production, labor, material ) and outside factory
* Controlling delivery and client issue
* Take the necessary action to things that are unexpected for the continuation of the company
* Control budget for production and employee salaries
* Managing all line work & activities (production, maintenance, human resource, etc.)
* Managing all technical issues pertaining to machines and/or production process.
* Planning for line improvement and development.
* Recruiting staff.
* Supervising training of staff.
* Managing all aspects of the production process
* Managing all issues related to machines in terms of operation and used techniques
Requirements
* Candidates with minimum 5 years experience in the same field with Engineering degree
* Experiences in managing all matters inside ( production, labor, material ) and outside factory
Required the complete technical knowledge for the production procedure of fire rated and non-fire rated wood doors and frames.
