Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an F&B development and operations company who are looking to hire an Operations Manager to join their team in Qatar.
As Operations Manager you will report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with the developing portfolio of clients.
Your main responsibilities will be to manage and oversee the company’s current casual dining locations as well as the central kitchen. In addition to this you will work with the team in opening of new locations both for the company and clients on the development side.
Requirements
The successful candidate should hold have experience as an Operations Manager managing multiple locations and completed multiple openings. You must be a motivated and hardworking individual who thrives working independently. The ideal candidate must be flexible and hands on, constantly representing the company and its clients to the highest standards. Experience within fast casual or QSR is required for this role. Due to current restrictions preference will be given to candidates currently in Qatar. Arabic speaking would be an advantage but not essential, however strong English communication skills both written and spoken are a must.
