Job description / Role

- Female Call Center Manager up to 8K QAR++ for a 5-Star Hotel in Qatar
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Call Center Manager, preferably in a 5-star hotel setting
- Must possess a professional presentation
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable

Requirements

- Open to JORDANIAN candidates
- Female, 35 years old and below
- Bachelor’s Degree or in any related field
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, and always remain calm and courteous
- Strong leadership, motivational and communication skills
- Work location: Doha, Qatar
- Salary up to 8,000 QAR depending on qualifications and experience plus accommodation, transportation, food, tips and service charge
