Female Tunisian Guest Service / Relations Agent up to 2.2K QAR++ for a 5-Star Hotel in Doha, Qatar

• Guest service agents answer telephone calls from guests seeking to make or cancel hotel reservations
• Also be responsible for bookkeeping duties, including maintaining a cash drawer, preparing bank deposits and posting charges for items that guests may order or use during their stay.

Requirements

• Open to Tunisian nationals only
• Female, 30 years old and below
• Bachelor’s Degree or any Hospitality Management course is an advantage
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Office
• Outstanding ability in delivering professional customer service
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Presentable and well-groomed
• Can join immediately (max 1 month)
• Work Location: Doha, Qatar

Salary is up to 2,200 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation and transportation
