Job description / Role
- Packaging and filling machine operators are responsible for running the machines that prepare products.
- In addition to filling containers, these machines typically seal them and weigh them, and may prepare them in other ways as well.
- A blow molding operator sets up one or more machines, observes their operation, ensures the manufactured products meet specifications, makes adjustments as necessary and tears down the equipment.
- He removes finished products from the molds and may trim excess plastic from parts. Some operators perform minor or routine maintenance and repairs.
Requirements
Requirements
- National Trade Certificate or ITI (Mechanical / Electrical)
- Candidates with about 10-12 years of experience in operation and maintenance of high-speed Combi Block Filling Machine and / or Blowmax Series 12 and above series Blow Molding machines / Ergo Block design units especially in water and carbonated soft drink bottling plants.
- Basic knowledge in Autonomous Management Pillar will be an added advantage.
