Corporate Finance Analyst to report to the Manager, Corporate Finance
Create and maintain long range financial projections for use in quarterly valuation models, strategic planning and related projects

• Create and maintain long range financial projections for use in quarterly valuation models, strategic planning and related projects
• Designed integrated financial models to forecast financial growth, define capital raising scenarios and value companies operating in industries
• Work on capital structure / financing and other special projects for senior management team

Requirements
• Should have 8 years or more as Financial Analyst in Hospitality (hotel) industry.
• CFA, CMA, CPA is an advantage, GCC marketing experience is essential
• Very fluent in English & Arabic communication both in verbal & written.
