Job description / Role
1.Conduct thorough research on financial markets, industries, companies, and economic conditions to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
2.Collect and analyze financial data, including historical financials, earnings reports, market data, and economic indicators to develop reports and models.
3. Build and maintain financial models to support valuation analysis, forecasting, and risk assessment.
4.Prepare detailed research reports, presentations, and executive summaries with clear, actionable insights for internal teams or clients.
5. Analyze potential investment opportunities, including equities, fixed income, and alternative investments, to support portfolio management and investment strategies.
6.Identify and assess financial, market, and economic risks that may impact investment strategies and overall market conditions.
7.Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, and other departments to provide timely financial insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2.Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or Research Analyst (2+ years).
3.Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and economic principles.
4.Experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques.
5.Proficiency in financial analysis tools (Excel).
6.Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
7.Experience with financial statement analysis and interpretation.
Salary:
QAR
13,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
