Job description / Role
Our client are a leading fit out contractor currently operating in Qatar.
They have an urgent requirement for site based fit out candidates who have experience in retail, F&B and commercial projects.
- Site inspections to over the quality and progress of the interior fit out and landscaping projects and ensuring that all QA/QC is maintained and meets the contractual requirements.
- Prepare risk schedules related to quality, cost and time.
- Report non-conformance issues to the Project Manager and follow up to ensure all non-conformance items are resolved.
- Review Method Statements, Inspection Test Plans, QA Plans and risk plans.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in fit out projects in Qatar.
- Liaise with onsite contractors, vendors and clients to oversee the quality and progress of the projects.
- Turnkey interior fit out and joinery projects.
- Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Fluent in English.
- Qatar driving license.
