Fleet Supervisor

Job description / Role

Main responsibilities:

• Control the customer services of ministry of baladiya, environment, finance and katara.
• Assigning drivers with providing replacement vehicles for customers, especially ministries.
• Guide and direct customers to the workshop or dealership for maintenance services.
• Ensure that customers satisfy with our service and communication with professional phone etiquette skills for achieving customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that customer complaints are resolved in a professional manner.
• Provide supervision drivers to assistance customer for maintenance service or breakdown.
• Determine work procedures, work schedules for drivers.
• Ensure that the customer calls are handled and answered in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Develop standard procedures to assist customer for accident police report.
• Maintain communication with customers via emails, phone calls, mails, etc.
• Prepare documentation and reports on routine customer correspondence for future reference purpose.
• Reporting to: Operation Manager
• Desired start date: 01 June 2020
• Duration: Permanent

Requirements

Nature and length of previous experience:
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.

Soft Skills and Personality traits:
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Work well in a high-pressured and deadline driven environment.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment to make decisions.
• Excellent self structure, self motivated, goal driven
• Age Range: 20-35 years old

• Language Fluency: English and Arabic
