Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

What you will be doing:
- To assist in creating floral arrangements for special events and private request
- To be familiar with and carry out policies and procedures set forth by the hotel
- To correctly wear the complete uniform supplied by the hotels
- To initiate and aid in effective communication with the Department and with other related departments
- To participate in the creation and design of floral arrangements as required in the hotel
- To be creative and innovative in job tasks and give positive suggestions and feedback
- To adhere to assigned meal breaks
- To be responsible for the safety and security of assigned keys by correctly wearing them and using them according to procedures
- To perform any duties assigned by the Team Leader/Assistant Manager
- To observe all fire and safety procedures and report all hazards immediately to the Team Leader
- To prepare all arrangements as assigned by Team Leader and also to prepare for any last minute orders

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:
- Fluency in English (verbal & written) essential
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a florist
- Proven examples of creative experiences
- Must be proactive with a meticulous eye for detail
- Dynamic, energetic, creative and thrives under pressure
