Job description / Role
Guildhall is working with one of the largest and most successful Facility Management Service Providers in Doha, Qatar.
We are looking for a Project Director to lead a brand new major new project that has recently been awarded.
Responsibilities Include:
• To deliver high quality, prompt and courteous Facilities Management services in support of customers’ business needs in a safe working environment
• To liaise with the customer’s representative regarding all matters outside of agreed delegated levels of authority
• To lead and overseeing the Operations team to manage daily facilities operation including building operation team, security services, Housekeeping, Landscaping, Pest Control, Turf Management, System optimization, project implementation and building utility support to ensure smooth and safe operation of the building facility
• Support the implementation of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) related activities and programs
• To ensure that the Client’s building and infrastructures are in comply to specification and standard
• Managing, planning, budgeting and financial management related to building operation and maintenance
Requirements
In order to qualify for an interview for this role, applicants should have the following skills, experience and education:
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, HVAC) or business-related degree, and Master in Business Administration
• Minimum 20 years working experience in Facility Management or O&M of building facilities
• Good knowledge of quality standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
• Experienced working for a Facility Management Service Provider
