Food and Beverage Supervisor (Hub Lounges) - Qatar Airways - Doha

As Food and Beverage Supervisor you will work within the Hub Lounges at Hamad International Airport. You are responsible for supervising food and beverage sections on a shift basis. Reporting to the Duty Officer, you will ensure that the food and beverage operations are of the highest standard by supervising colleagues and providing on the job training or performance coaching, managing customer issues, organising team resources, and coordinating activities to ensure efficient, productive and risk free operations.

Requirements

As a successful candidate you are required to have Trade or Vocational qualification and a minimum of 4 years experience in a premium 5 star food and beverage hospitality or service environment. You have previous experience in supervision of a large and multi-cultural workforce.

Your excellent interpersonal skills and your focus in providing excellent customer service will need to be infectious in successfully leading and motivating your team. You have strong communication skills and able to make decision independently. If you have a true passion for providing 5 star service and have previous experience within premium hospitality establishments, airline or airport operations, then we have an opportunity for you within our growing team!
