Frequent Flyer Program Systems Coordinator - Qatar Airways - Doha
As Frequent Flyer Program System Coordinator, you are responsible to lead the testing for all FFP system enhancements and is also accountable for the daily monitoring and troubleshooting of all FFP systems to ensure that FFP online systems are working seamlessly and accurately for the use of Qatar Airways all its Privilege Club members.
Requirements
You will hold a Diploma or Associate Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years job related experience.
You will have adequate knowledge on FFP business processes and excellent understanding of QR systems such as Altea DCS, IBE, Payment Channels, including Online & Offline Payment processing. You will display good communications and organisational skills.
