Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading UK headquartered international law firm who are looking to hire a Front End Construction Senior Associate, to undertake a front end role in its practice in Doha. The role will involve focusing on servicing the work coming from a major client / construction project.
This role will involve working closely with the major clients in relation to construction, projects and potentially also real estate work. This is an excellent opportunity as the firm is expanding within Qatar and broader Middle East market, so this is a great time to join. As a small team you will be working closely with clients to cover the front or back end work as required.
The successful candidate should have a strong background in construction, covering both experience of non-contentious and front end work. You should also have experience working for a well-regarded construction law firm, preferably on an international scale. Candidates that are Common Law qualified and already in the Middle East or interested in relocating from the UK, Australia, New Zealand etc looking to work on large-scale matters at a high profile firm would best suit this opportunity.
