General Manager - Cleaning & Hospitality

Job description / Role

• Shall be responsible and accountable for managing and coordinating all company activities - leading the Departmental Heads of different Units and dealing with existing Clients and developing new Clients.
• With the support of the Executive Management, he will be responsible for managing all areas of operations to ensure revenues, profits and ROI are maximized; risk is managed costs controlled, consistent with the budget and business plans.
• Shall be responsible for fund management - creditors, debtors and overall cashflow of the co.
• Manage Day-To-Day functions of operations with a focus on providing maximum customer satisfaction while achieving operational and sales objectives.
• To monitor all contractual obligations (commercial and technical) - responsible for execution of project within cost, time, quality and safety parameters.
• Responsible for implementation and proper compliance with various procedures and systems set in the co.
• Develop and execute annual budgets and mid and long term strategic plans.

Requirements

• Graduate or related professional qualification.
• 10+ Years of Experience with 5 years or above in a similar role
• Ability to collaborate and partner with employees at all levels
• Proven management experience within the security industry
• Strong management and leadership skills with excellent communication, influencing, and engagement skills
• Relevant knowledge on product, industry, technical sales skills & relevant software applications.
• Ability to collaborate and partner with employees at all levels
• Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
• Effective communication skills. Bilingual is a big plus. (Arabic & English)
