General Manager - F&B

Job description / Role

This role is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction in developing F&B franchises for a new mega project

Client Details

Our client is a leading Property, Entertainment & Leisure developer in the region

Description

* Introduce new F&B concepts and franchises to the project
* Management of 350+ team of staff
* Develop and implement the strategies, plans, policies, procedures, organisational structure and budgets required for carrying out the operational requirement
* Negotiate, execute and manage contracts with service providers

Requirements

* Minimum of 12 years progressive experience in hospitality and food & beverage operations
* Proven track record of acquiring and introducing fine dining/ casual dining F&B concepts and franchise
* Proven P&L experience managing a hospitality business
* Willing to relocate to Qatar
* Track record demonstrating excellent management, communication and interpersonal skills within the hospitality industry
