Our Client is currently seeking a General Manager, who will be based in Qatar
Client Details
Our client is a leading hospitality brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing leadership and strategic direction for the company
* Coordinating all Food & Beverage activities for the company, in accordance with its goals and objectives
* Develop and implement the strategies, plans, policies, procedures, organisational structure and budgets required for carrying out the operational requirements of the company
* Develop and prepare the necessary business documentation and solicit the short-listed potential operating partners or service providers through the company's competitive process
* Negotiate, execute and manages contracts with service providers
* Develop and oversee the implementation of the company's policies, procedures and controls so that all the relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service

Ideal Candidate
* Commercially focused, entrepreneurial individual with a strong hospitality and food & beverage aptitude and broad business competence
* Proven P&L experience managing a hospitality business
* Minimum of 12 years progressive experience in hospitality and food & beverage operations
* Track record demonstrating excellent management, communication and interpersonal skills within the hospitality arena
