Job Description

What you will be doing:
- To inspect, clean, maintain, and repair all MEP system available at the premises.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and use of test equipment's.
- Maintains all electrical and lighting throughout hotel
- To maintain all HVAC units/systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair all equipment that is non-operational.
- Perform chemical test for boilers, chillers, motors, swimming pool, etc.
- To maintain all shop tools and equipment.
- Maintain adequate stock of parts/materials in the maintenance shop.

- Reasonably high level of knowledge and skill in Air conditioning, Refrigeration and Electrical.
- Previous experience in the field required - 5 star hotel experience is an asset.
- Proficient in the English language (verbal & written)
- Must have the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
