Job description / Role
Guildhalls Building Division has an immediate requirement for a FM Engineer with experience of Tendering in Doha.
They are well know for their flagship projects which have over the years ranged from 5 star Hotels, large scale Commercial developments and multiple high rise residential projects.
This role will form an integral part of their operational FM team and will provide additional support for their bid submissions, tender proposals for future projects.
Requirements
- Grade A UPDA / MMUP certified
- Engineering Degree (any discipline)
- Proven track record of working in FM (Hard & Soft Services) on Qatar based projects (ideally buildings orientated)
- 5 to 10 years’ experience of working in Facilities Management (as a service provider) and tendering / bidding experience, ideally on large scale commercial, residential and industrial projects.
