Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Purpose: Supports the Reporting Manager in all reporting graphic design related duties, especially graphical design of monthly, bi-weekly, and project dashboard reports and presentation. Responsible for setting up and managing the standard project graphics. Some assignments involve some specialty and/or proprietary applications. Responsible to ensure the standardization of presentation and its graphical inputs are in accordance with project specifications and requirement.


Responsibilities and Major Activities:
- Establishes and implements standard Graphical representation for presenting project information, data and key performance indicators and metrics from internal and external stakeholders and converts the collected data into presentable reports or presentations.
- Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style and size of type, Confer with clients to discuss and determine layout design.
- Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
- Gathers statistics and general data; reviews and combines this information into established reports. Revise existing reports, as directed. Such reports may be in spreadsheet or graphical formats, or narrative-style word processing.
- Developing, designing, or creating new applications, ideas, relationships, systems, or products, including artistic contributions.
- Use computer software to generate new images and ability to various graphics tools and software to complete all graphical design task.
- Provides various Graphical presentations on progress to the reporting manager and to the client as necessary.
- Supports the Reporting engineer and manager in performing other tasks as deemed necessary.

Requirements

- Minimum Qualification-Diploma and/or certification in graphics design or related field.
- Minimum Experience - 5 years of experience engineering and Graphic design techniques.

Further Qualifications Required:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft office.
- Experience with MS Access + SharePoint preferred.
- Expertise in online Dashboard development and reporting .
- Ability to develop reporting structures and strategies.
