Position: Senior Risk and Group Compliance Manager
Location: Qatar

We are seeking an experienced Senior Risk and Group Compliance Manager for a key client in Qatar. This role involves managing and monitoring an effective compliance, integrity, and risk management system in line with international and national standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage compliance systems and advise management on legal and Group requirements.
• Implement and maintain risk management systems, identifying and mitigating key risks.
• Lead data protection efforts and act as the primary contact for data protection issues.
• Promote ethical behavior and provide training on integrity matters.
• Oversee the company’s quality management system and ensure process maintenance.

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, HR, Compliance, or related field; advanced qualifications preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Compliance and Risk Management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel and adapt to a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

Profile Summary:
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in compliance, risk management, and data protection, with a solid understanding of international and national standards. They are proactive, detail-oriented, and excellent communicators.

Key Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, HR, Compliance, or related field; advanced qualifications preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years in Compliance and Risk Management.
• Skills: Proficient in compliance and risk management systems, strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to lead data protection initiatives, strong ethical foundation.

Responsibilities:

Salary:
QAR 38,000 to 45,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
