Job description / Role
Accountable for the accounting and financial operations of the company, to include the production of periodic financial reports, comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or IFRS.

• Accountable for the accounting and financial operations of the company
• Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts
• Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports
• Supervise and manage financial department staff, including accountants and financial assistants
• Motivate and lead finance team members by clarifying roles and providing helpful feedback
• Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
• Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation
• Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations

Requirements
Qualified Accountant (CFA, ACCA, CA or equivalent) with 5 years+ as Finance Group Manager /Controller level.
GCC regional experience and Global MNC experience is essential. (Preferable worked in Western Market).
