A large diversified business based in Qatar is seeking a senior Group HR Director to lead a large HR team and to be the change agent for a world class HR function. You will have direct accountability to the Board and be responsible for a large team.

Description
* Be the change agent to install best practice HR at all levels across the operating businesses
* Implement best practice HR polices and procedures
* Work directly with the Board on change initiatives and the people strategy
* Implement HRIS and link all processes to the platform
* Organisational design, structuring the business for commercial success
* Create succession planning for senior leaders and recruit, develop and retain senior talent

Requirements
* Must be a fluent Arabic speaker
* Has worked in a large business environment ideally in a blue chip business or in a large diversified family group (Middle East)
* Must be hands on with HR operations - working with the team on day to day HR administration, polices and process
* Proven experience in managing complex change and initiating best practice HR
* Excellent ability to build positive relationships, have patience and resilience
