Group HR Manager

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a leading group in Qatar. Our client is looking to hire a Group HR Manager. Reporting to the CEO, you will work closely with senior management and executives developing strong relationships by business partnering to ensure the company achieves their goals and targets in line with the business strategy.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the HR Division. You will have exposure to all areas of HR including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, developing / redefining policies and procedures, training and development as well as compensation and benefits whilst working with the current HR systems.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a strong and personable character with at least 10 years' experience in the same role. You should be able to demonstrate an ability of managing and leading a team and working with senior executives. Strong generalist experience along with experience in Qatar or within the GCC is essential. Arabic will be highly advantageous.
