Job Description

What do we expect from you?

To be the vibrant face of Mondrian Doha and exude style, class, approachability and true hospitality that is both friendly and confident. You will be working your negotiation skills to ensure that the lobby is always flowing, clean and understanding of our high expectation guests. You will work closely with the Doorman, Reception and Bell captain to ensure every arrival and departure has flawless service.

How your day looks like?

- Actively welcome guests and escort to their destinations, giving each a personalised experience
- Act as the Ambassador of the hotel
- Inform guests with savvy knowledge of hotel, its services, the city, and local 'happenings'
- Be fully aware of what functions are going on in the hotel
- On departure ensure guests receive the hotel departure gift and promote Guest Satisfaction Survey and TripAdvisor

Requirements:

Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments
- Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork
