Employment: Full Time

• Customer services job description to include management of complaints and questions.
• Help provide the required information about the venue and special events.
• Make reservations when required.
• Improve the guest experience.
• Part-time hours: 46 per week

Requirements

• The candidate needs to be based in Qatar.
• The candidate must speak English, preferably with a second language.
• The candidate should have experience in customer service.
• Experience in events is a plus.
• Experience in hospitality is a plus
