Description
A Guest Relations Officer is responsible for the handling of the front desk. Guest Relations Officer is, an ambassador of Client experience. She/he should be an excellent communicator who can stay positive when facing difficult situations. She/he should also be reliable and customer-oriented, as She/he will serve as a primary point of contact for customers.
Welcome guests in a friendly and professional way, discover the need and escort if possible. Provide information about facilities, programs and other services Warmly answer to every call. Deal with customer complains and Queries. Create, and explain loyalty program and assigned to customer.

Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor is a plus. 2-4 years of experience preferably in Customer experience. Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer.
