Guest Transportation Supervisor (fixed term contract until January 2023)

What you will be doing:

- Establish good network with all service providers leaders and with coaster or buses drivers contacts
- Ensure that the service providers are responding within the agreed time frame to any guest request
- Measure the trips timing and establish a standard time frame accordingly and to be communicated to his higher level
- Inspecting the coasters or buses frequently with service providers to ensure that it is meeting the cleaning requirements in each trip
- Ensure that service provider support the guest in case required load or unload process

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- At least 3 years of experience in the transportation sector
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in a large-scale environment
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), any additional language is a plus
- Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures
- Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
- Self-motivated and energetic
