Job description / Role
Tasks:
-talk to clients about their requirements
-cut hair, shampoo, condition and rinse hair
-dry and style hair using brushes, combs, straightening irons and other equipment
-advise clients on hair care
-perform reception duties such as answering telephone calls and making appointments
-sell retail products
-maintain client records
-clean the salon, work areas and equipment
Requirements
Professional experience
-work experience in a SPA or beauty salon
-licensed and fully qualified
Personality
-friendly, courteous and polite
-Good customer care skills; courteous and willingness to help
-Good verbal communication and listening skills
-Able to work under pressure and get on with people
-Extremely well groomed, presentable, team player
-strongly organized, self-motivated, punctual
-respecting corporate standards
-enthusiastic and communicative
Language Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English and (any additional language an advantage)
