Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a major real estate developer in their search for Hard FM specialist to look after and advise on major grade A sites. Our client is a leading organisation and a leader in master development.

Reporting into the overall Hard FM manager, you will be responsible for managing the Hard FM of multiple assets across within the business portfolio including prestigious residential, commercial and retail developments across Qatar. You will be responsible for resolving technical hard FM tenant complaints in a timely fashion working alongside property management working to resolve reoccurring issues.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate at least 5years’ experience within technical, hard FM (Soft FM will not be considered) working on major mixed-use facilities within a real estate organisation. Candidate must communicate perfectly in both written and spoken English and must have an engineering qualification.

Candidate must have either worked in the Americas, Europe, The Far East or Australia.
