Job description / Role
We are looking for an experienced Hard Services Superintendent to lead and manage the hard services for our newly established subsidiary - Edama Facility Management. Following is a brief description of the responsibilities attached to the role.
- Ensure efficient operations and delivery of hard services through effective delegation of tasks, conducting trainings for providing high quality, safe and timely services
- Ensure that specifications are being strictly followed and perform compliance checks for quality and safety
- Deploy & manage resources in an optimal manner
- Stock management and maintenance of materials
- Liaise with and manage vendors & subcontractors
- Assist in budgeting, bidding, and award of subcontracts
- Assist in obtaining permits or approval of revisions
Requirements
- Diploma in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or HVAC preferred)
- Strong communication skills to effectively deal with execution teams and management
- Facility management trainings & certifications preferred
