About the Client:
A well-known food and beverage and nightlife group based in Dubai specializing in international cuisines and now expanding to showcase Asian cuisine concept in fine dining restaurant and nightlife
Job Description:
- Manage and lead the kitchen operations
- Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations
- Fully in charge of hiring and developing staff training
- Oversee the work of subordinates
- Credentials in Health and Safety Training
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Open to any nationality
- Male, 40 years old and below
- Minimum 4 years of experience in fine dining
- Must have a strong background in Mediterranean and Asian cuisines
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
